Data Deletion and Retention

When you request account deletion, the following data will be permanently deleted:

Personal information (e.g., name, email address)
Account settings and preferences
All content and files uploaded

The following data may be retained for a specified period for legal and operational purposes:

Transaction records (retained for up to 7 years)
Customer service interactions (retained for up to 1 year)

After the retention period, the retained data will also be permanently deleted.
